The base price includes up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each additional bedroom or bathroom adds $25 to the total.

Properties over 3,500 square feet require a custom quote. Submit an inquiry and we'll follow up with pricing.

Twilight photos are exterior photos taken around sunset to create a warm, premium look for your listing. If you add twilight photos, please select an evening appointment slot.

Do you serve areas outside Austin?

We serve Austin and surrounding areas within 50 miles of Central Austin. If your property is outside that range, submit an inquiry and we'll confirm availability.

Do I need to be at the shoot?

No, but we recommend it for agent walkthrough videos. For photo-only shoots we can coordinate access via lockbox or a listing partner.

Can I reschedule my shoot?

Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

What is your cancellation policy?

The 40% deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot. Within 24 hours, the deposit is retained to cover reserved time.
